You don't know what to cook tonight? Your family is sick of frozen hamburgers and oven fries? Well, I have the solution for you - this simple pasta is amazing, and prepared in minutes!

Ingredients for 4:

- Pasta (any kind - I prefer Linguine or Tagliatelle)

- 1.5 spring onions

- 120g bacon (not the "ready-to-eat one, just regular bacon), cut in 3cm long pieces

- 1 jar of pesto rosso or pesto Genovese, not the green one!

- 10 button mushrooms, quartered

- some basil

- 1 dl cream

Preparation:

Place the bacon without adding any fat or oil in a frying pan and cook it slowly, for five minutes. Add the roughly chopped spring onion and the mushrooms and continue cooking it for another five to ten minutes, add some olive oil if necessary. Now add the pesto (about three TBS) and bring to a boil. Now just add the cream, and toss the pasta directly into the frying pan. Simple, quick, delicious - your kids will love it!
