summer drink: swiss negan

Hugo, Lillet, Moscow Mule ... all are part of my favorite summer drinks. But here i tried a new one: The Swiss Negan. Based on the herbal and slightly bitter Appenzeller liquor from Switzerland, with a splash of Yuzu from Japan with its mandarine-lemony twist, filled up with prosecco, champagne, or even better some rosé champagne. The rosemary branch to stir adds a little something, as well as the fresh cucumber slices. A light, sprizzy summer long drink to make everybody happy!

Recipe:

- 2 cl of Appenzeller

- a good splash of yuzu juice

- ice, cucumber slices and a rosemary branch

- fill up with prosecco

Serve in a frozen high ball! 

Day drinking is OK, somewhere on the planet it surely is 5 pm, so why worry....
