Some wings perhaps? Spicy, sweet, full of flavor? Here you go ... at the special request from Morris, "our"  nephew - here are THE WINGS!

Ingredients for about 20 chicken wings:

- 2 TS mild paprika

- 1 TS hot paprika

- 2 TS onion powder

- 1 TS coriander powder

- 2 TS cinnamon

- 2 TS turmeric

- 4 TS Worcester sauce

- 1 TS sesame oil

- 1 TBS maple syrup

- 1 TBS soy sauce

- 1 dl extra virgin olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and put together with the chicken wings into a big plastic bag. Seal the bag and massage everything in order to distribute the marinade all over the chicken. Set aside in the fridge for at least 3 hours, better over night.

At 220 degrees, in the middle of the oven, bake for 35 minutes.

Spicy dipping Sauce:

- 2 TBS honey (runny)

- 1 TBS Sriracha (alternatively you can use Sambal Oelek)

- 1 TS rice vinegar

- 1 TS sesame oil

- 2 TBS mild mustard

- 2 TBS ketchup

All combined in a bowl, give it a good whisk to obtain a smooth dipping sauce.
