These fish cakes can be done with any white fish, or even shrimps. Dip them in a sweet chili sauce and be the star of the party!

Ingredients for about 20 cakes:

- 500g white fish

- 1 spring onion

- 1 egg

- 2 TBS corn flour

- 1 TS red curry paste

- 5g coriander

- 5g dill

- 0.5 TS salt

In a blender, mix all the ingredients to a paste, form little cakes that you drop into hot frying oil. I don't have fryer, therefore I just fill half a pan with oil and fry them there - just be careful as too much oil might be dangerous!
