This is a good way to fight against food waste. In this recipe, you just add all your leftovers (vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, even cooked meet and fish) and mix it with Rösti, the original Swiss hash browns. An simple and quick meal for the entire family!
Check out the recipe on Youtube - it is in Japanese, but I am sure you can make it, just respect the following quantities:
- 4 eggs
- 3 TBS flour
- vegetables and others - like 200g
- 250g of Rösti or grated potatoes
- herbs, salt and pepper
Mix everything together and pour into a non-stick frying pan. At low heat, let it sit for about 15 minutes, then flip with the help of a flat plate, and finish on the other side for about 5 minutes at medium heat.
