This is an amazing, dry aged piece of beef, well marbled, which is simply placed between two pieces of white toast, then breaded and then deep fried! Sounds amazing no?

Make sure to well dry the piece of meat and cut into even squares, then season with some thyme and sea salt.

Now cover evenly with white flour, then put into an egg (scrambled), then into bread crumbs which you seasoned with more thyme, salt, pepper and a little mild paprika. Then fix with toothpicks in order to easily deep fry it in some sunflower oil (add some stalks of thyme to the oil to season it).

Fry for only about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Serve with some spicy cocktail sauce (recipe also in this blog). Enjoy!
