healthy start

No possibility to go to the gym at the moment? I decided for myself to eat healthily during these times, but only from Monday to Friday, so I can dig in on the week-end! However, this breakfast "muesli” really tastes great, so I got addicted and eat it every morning. You just need some ingredients at home, and you can make it on a regular basis. You will feel the difference, as your body has a positive reaction to it! Better digestion, more energy, less fat and just a better feeling.

Ingredients:

  • whole-grain oats (a handful, or more if you plan on doing sports afterwards)

  • 0.5 apple, cut into small cubes or slices

  • about 8 peeled almonds, cut in half

  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds (for your digestion)

  • white raisins (a handful) - for the sweetness

  • blueberries or pomegranate seeds, or both (a handful)

  • a splash of milk (to soak the oats and flaxseeds)

  • 2 tablespoons of low fat curd cheese (or yoghurt, if you prefer)

  • a sprinkle of runny honey

  • 1 teaspoon (or more) of cinnamon (really healthy and it adds an amazing taste)

This breakfast muesli is not very sweet, but gives you energy for the morning, and tastes really good! Try it, please, it is worth it!
