gratinated saint félicien

gratinated saint félicien

This is a really simple dish I had in the Piedmont region this summer, however with a different cheese. The saint félicien cheese is a soft french camembert style cheese, perfect to eat hot from the oven.

Caramelize onions in a frying pan and set aside.

Also in a frying pan, cook a salsiccia (open the sausage and tear out the pieces), then cook for a few minutes.

Put the cheese on a parchment paper, distribute the salsiccia on top and season with spicy paprika and some seasalt. After 15 minutes in the 180 degree hot oven, distribute the onions on top and dip in a crusty bread.
